If you are just talking about the Tower, maybe. The very near surrounding venues of shops and concessions, I would say no.

1500, isnt that a lot of people for the Eiffel Tower? For 6 am, it is. Right now, it is just after midnight eastern--France is 6 hours ahead of us.
When, exactly, did this evacuation take place?
