Neo paganism is replacing Christianity in Western culture. There are even new rituals and holidays. Earth Day is far more significant to a huge segment of the population compared to Easter. America declines as decadence rises.
I recently returned from spending the Christmas Holidays in Australia and was amazed that there was absolutely no connect between Christmas and the birth of Christ. The only Christmas songs I heard were Jingle Bells and Here Comes Santa Claus. My daughter said it is the same with Easter, it is all about the Bunny.
