The Supreme Court of the United Stattes, in its infinite wisdom, recently ruled that a youthful offender cannot be sentenced to a life prison term, or even a lenghty prison term, let alone be sentenced to death. They must be allowed a chance to be on the street again. The majority involked and cited international law in reaching their decision. If interested, you can look it up and read the decision.
These are just a few of Holder's protected people, just doing what they do best.
We can't be certain yet that there was any racial motivation in killing the baby.
