Never let common sense get in the way of an opportunity to bash the GOP. The law can't be repealed without a majority in both the Senate and House of Representatives as well as a President willing to sign the repeal legislation. That is not possible until January 2017 at the earliest. As a realist, Senator McConnell is trying to create the conditions for action when and if the pieces are ever in place. But never fear, you will have ample opportunity in the intervening time to criticize him for not doing the impossible.
Not sure what you are smoking, but the GOP has NO INTEREST
in stopping ObamaCARE (because they are not under its
death panels, nor their families, nor their staff).
