That was the case in parts of NJ...I didn't think I needed the < /sarc > tag; I know that a lot of the damage was to home owned by middle class working folks, both at the shore and on the rivers and bays.

Sorry; a lot of people (not just on the left) are taking that position - not so much out of class envy as due to the near-bankruptcy of the states up here.
