Ironic... aren’t there pagan origins of the word “Easter”?

OK... OK... we won’t say “Easter” -

we’ll say “Jesus’ Resurrection Day”!

Isn't "Easter" a derivation of a heathen name for a Spring Celebration?

Right, both the eggs and the name Easter are pagan elements, so I can’t get real upset about this one. They might as well call them “spring fertility eggs” for all they have to do with Jesus.
