Goose Creek police are investigating three suspects after an 11-month-old boy was pistol-whipped during an armed robbery.
According to an incident report, the assault happened in the parking lot of the Dollar General located at 205 North Goose Creek Boulevard just before 8 p.m.

Without reading the article, I assumed they were black. That’s bad.
It’s near North Charleston (majority black) but is a very mixed area - quite prosperous in some parts, but with a miserable poor area (both black and white) and many places that had been given over to military housing which are now being rented out to kind of marginal people.
Probably all the people in this story were black and poor - or white and poor. But whatever they were, it seems that now people are so vicious that when they don’t get what they want, they just go after anybody at hand. They have no feeling, no honor. They are utterly debased.
