Full Title - "Good Grief The Man in Bloombergs Gun Ad Has His Finger on the Trigger Never Shot a Gun in His Life (Video)"
The name of this Bloomberg anti-gun ad is Responsible but the so-called gun owner has his finger on the trigger. Thats not so responsible.
And, he keeps his finger on the trigger the duration of the ad.
(Video)
If Mayor Bloomberg was going to blow $12 million on anti-gun ads, he could of at least hired someone whose held a gun before.
Good grief Mayor Bloombergs ad campaign if filled with irresponsible firearms behavior. The Washington Times reported:
***
Mike Bloomberg is spending $12 million on attack ads designed to force U.S. senators to vote for national gun control laws that will supposedly save lives. However, the New York mayors commercials running in 13 states over the next two weeks could cause injury or death by showcasing irresponsible handling of a firearm.
Mr. Bloombergs organization, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, produced two ads featuring a man holding a shotgun, wearing plaid flannel with a camouflage cap and sitting on the tailgate of a pickup truck. While a child swings on a tire in the background, the man says, I support comprehensive background checks so criminals and the dangerously mentally ill cant buy guns.
The ad does not specify if the man is an actor, but the text accompanying it says he is a gun owner. Either way, the man violates all three gun safety rules taught by the National Rifle Association (NRA). (LINKS)
The first rule is to always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction. In this case, the children are playing in the yard. Although the viewers cant see what is to the side of the truck, the man should be pointing the muzzle in the air or at the ground.
The second NRA rule is always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
In the ad Responsibility, the man has his finger on the trigger, as if ready to shoot. While doing this, he says, I believe in the Second Amendment, and Ill fight to protect it. But with rights come responsibilities.
At least they are a good bad example.
Kinda like the winos of my youth (Look son, you want to end up like that??)
I’d support a total gun ban on ignorant liberals who don’t know the 1st thing about gun safety.
How sweet would it be if the NRA made a safety video using Bloomberg’s ad.
He thinks ALL second amendment supporters are from “da countrey” among the hay bales and huntin’ caps.
When did NYC become the wuss capital of the world?
Bloomberg does not own me.
My senator is owned by NYC Bloomberg.
His finger is not on the trigger. It’s behind it.
jeez, I guess I'll have to put a straw in my mouth and start a moonshine still to make me look like that vid.
Any Black and Latino Gangbanger “Gun Owners” in that Video?
Oh that’s right, White + Male + Baseball Cap + Plaid + Pickup Truck = NRA + Gun Lobby + Redneck + Dumb + Racist.
Oh. Never mind...
THAT would be epic!
****but the text accompanying it says he is a gun owner.****
Back in 1968 the MSM reported on several “gun owning farmers” who supported gun registration.
Let’s not forget that back in the 1990s the anti gunners started their own version of a “hunting gun” owners group that supported Clinton’s AW ban.
Just watched the ad - it looks like:
1) The action is closed.
2) His middle finger is in the trigger guard and his index finger is in front.
3) There are children playing downrange of the idiot.
That’s OK, it’s not loaded. /s
They should have an ad with a Bloomturd groupie shooting granny through a closed door with a double barrel 12 gauge.
