Austin is state capitol and has UT.
Ditto for columbus and Ohio State
Ditto for Minneapolis St. Paul and U of Minn.
WashDC has U of MD 2 miles from the DC/MD border.
ditto for Raleigh and UNC
Denver is state capitol but has UC Boulder about 30 miles north.
ditto for Nashville and Vanderbilt.
bottomline: govt. sucks the money from every where else and builds a wonderful city for itself.
Perot was wrong. That great sucking sound you hear is not coming from Mexico or China. It is coming from Govt.
