Think of this in terms of the Connie Mack Penny plan. Every year we reduce our budget by one percent, in everything we do, for 6 years.
So, instead of paying $321k for slow Joe’s limo, we reduce it to $318k the first year.
I think these are cuts we can ‘survive’.
