He certainly did make Freeping fun! I recall him Freeping with the DC Chapter at the WH on Halloween. He asked me to dress like senate candidate Hillary as the NY Witch in black robe & hat, with a Yankees’ pendant, carpetbag and sign: ‘Scrape the Bottom, Vote for Rodham.’
Doctor Raoul in his Red Devil suit held a sign that pointed an arrow at me and said: ‘My sister married Bill Clinton’. Many tourists exiting the WH tour had a good laugh and took photos of us!
May Doctor Raoul rest in peace.
