While I don't like “conspiracy theories” this one does not smell right... I hold a masters degree in criminal justice, specialty is crime scene investigations. I can't make a determination or make any conclusions since I have not seen the crime scene or any pictures personally. The reported facts just seems really odd to me. It may be prudent to check on what legislation she was working on and compare that with any other legislator who has died recently to see if their is a connection.

I don't have any criminal justice degrees, but my theory is that the killer bumped off all those black Democrats first just to throw people off the scent, when the real target is white Republicans.

I don’t normally buy into conspiracy theories, AT ALL.

But earlier today there was a poster called “patriot76” over on another forum who said that an ex-coworker had told him that he (the ex-coworker) had talked to a homeless lady who smokes crack on one of the street corners in Boston, and she used to have a son who lived in Mississippi, except now she thinks he’s in a gutter in New Orleans.

So the crack lady said that Jessica Upshaw was just about to introduce a bill creating a commission to investigate Eric Holder for accepting a $43.5 million bribe from the North Koreans, and Clint Rotenberry was supposed to head up the commission.

She also said something about Jimmy Hoffa having returned for two weeks last year, and having given her the recipe for a revolutionary new cola drink. But that doesn’t really have anything to do with Upshaw.

Anyway, I don’t know. The whole story sounded pretty darn convincing to me.

Patriot76’s post has since disappeared from the web. So I tried pm’ing him over on the other forum, but I haven’t been able to get any answer.
