but could you kinda explain it? What exactly is this and what do the governments want?

Agenda 21 is a plan to keep humans in one basic area/city of “planned” housing. Rural areas will be returned to the wilderness it once was.
It is control of your daily life. you will be told where you can live, what you will eat, and work.
It is Global and cannot be stopped because it is being implemented ever so slowly. It won't happen in my lifetime but as rural housing becomes either abandoned or maybe you loose it to property tax delinquency, that home will be gone forever as it will be absorbed by the state and returned to its original state.
If you vote to designate an area as wetlands as they tried to do in a town near me, no more designated land can be used for homes in the future.
It is basically to round up the population and corral them in one big area.
