Exactly right....potassium & sodium work yin and yang with each other so a good way to offset higher sodium intake is to up your potassium intake. And, again, drop the table salt and go with UNREFINED. And up the magnesium (glycinate, malate) to 800 or so mgs

We mix RealSalt with Potassium Chloride (natural, not refined) 50:50 for our salt usage. We are not concerned about our salt intake.

Best way to get magnesium is transdermally, using Magnesium Chloride as a soaking salt in the bathtub. Also as a saturated solution of Mag Chloride applied topically.

Our magnesium chloride comes from the vast natural seabed known as the ancient Zechstein Sea and comes to us from Holland.
