Promiscuous sex with many people over time creates a disease vector, a channel for transmission of infection. This has been known for hundreds of years. There was a time when syphilis could be fatal or drive you crazy, then came penicillin, so woo-hoo, party on dudes and dudesses!

Then came genital herpes, human papilloma virus or genital warts, several others. There was a time when this virtually shut down the sex lives of those who had become infected. With the introduction of anti-virals this became manageable and the taboo went away, woo-hoo, party on dudes and dudesses!

Then came a hideous wasting disease with sores and dementia that was pretty much a death sentence. This one took a long time to show symptoms, which maximized opportunity for infection. It was particularly easily communicable via any sort of contact leading to a “sharing” of bodily fluids. Homosexual men were particularly prone to exposure, due to the literally unclean nature of most of their sexual practices, as well as their wildly rampant promiscuity.

A disease vector on a par with third world mosquitoes, in other words. Was there any taboo that arose? Only briefly, once militancy took hold the vector morphed into victim, countless billions spent for a “cure” and homosexuals elevated to protected class status.

Now, full-blown AIDS stage is seldom reached, this plague with such seeming Old Testament symptoms and repercussions is now “manageable” too. Woo-hoo, party on dudes and, well, dudes?

Could anyone have predicted that yet another fatal disease would find its way into this disease vector par excellence? Oh, gosh, no, never, who’da thunk? Total shock. /s

And all the while, Bloomberg is worried about the health aspects of mega-soda purchases.

There was a reason the Ancients frowned upon promiscuity, and they had no concept of what a virus or bacterium was.

They just saw what the results of that behavior were.

Today, arrogant people think they can ignore hard earned ancient wisdom and that 10,000 years of experience can just be discarded.

Spreading “among blades”. Is that short for gay blades?

If CVS tells its employees to stop smoking cigars and cigarettes why can’t they tell their employees to stop smoking other cylindrical objects? If they tell their overweight employees they have to slim down by eating less why can’t they tell all of their employees to eat less of everything?
