We’ve seen this story of black on white crime all over the U.S. media! Wait no? That’s right it, doesn’t fit the template of racist whites and victim blacks so file 13 the story. A good journalist’s responsibility is to both manage the news and craft the story so the masses are lead to the proper conclusions and develop proper thinking. Remember if the facts don’t fit then it flush down like s**t!

Yup, that's the dirty little secret I found out when living in NC. Whites and Blacks get along just fine in NC, Blacks and Mexicans? Not so much.
You skepticism is healthy, I believe. The bullet wound to the leg of the mother strains credulity. Why would they kill the baby and leave an adult witness to what is clearly a capital crime? (Remember the Charles Stuart case, where the killer-father shot himself in the abdomen?) It could be a Susan Smith caper, or it could have gone down like she said. You realize, that whatever the truth is, people who do these kind things are not very good at weighing the consequences of their acts.
I only hope the truth comes out and the baby’s killers are swiftly executed. (If the mother did it, she surely had an accomplice, possibly even the baby’s father, but more likely her current boyfriend.)
The tempo of minority-on-white crime is increasing rapidly. With summer coming it is time for redoubled vigilance. I think it goes without saying that we need to avoid certain places, and protection is NOT optional regardless of legalities.

In fact, the only blacks I deem racist against whites, frankly tend to be the lighter-skinned ones, who tend to want to prove to others that they really are black by being so anti-white.
I think it varies by region. Here in Maryland it is whites who wear the largest target.
