YES, This is a tragedy, and the killer should be hanged. BUT how often do you see pedestrians cross at a crosswalk, WITHOUT LOOKING ABOUT TO SEE IF IT’S SAFE. Those types seem to believe the “Stop Sign” will magically halt every car. We have a responsibility to protect ourselves by paying attention.
