The press/Administration will spin this as a knee jerk reaction by an extremest gun manufacturer.

I;m on the back order list for Magpuls 20 round 308 mags for my AR-10. I Dont care how long it takes. Ill wait patiently. Good for you Magpul. Magpul has a program for CO residents to get mags ahead of others before the ban takes effect. I signed up even though I don't need the extra mags I wanted to support Magpul and say thank you with a few $$$. Don't worry, I'm not cutting in line in front of you - I went for 5.56 mags. ;-)

teh local grocery store we patronize weekly will be receiving a letter in the mail from me next week explaining that since they sponsored a gun buy back and thier Genreal Counsel said the guns have no place in the home, they have lost the right to my patronage and the thousands of dollars I spend there annually.

A large fraction of (Second Amendment-loving) commerce, much larger than simply my new heroes at Magpul, will exercise free choice to do business elsewhere. Posted elsewhere on FR today, Outdoor Channel productions in Colorado ceased today; including one show that was ramping up for shooting (pun not intended, of course) this summer. Their producer wrote a letter to the legislature reminding them that hunting in Colorado is an $800,000,000 industry. Now that nearly all magazines are outlawed, many hunters are going to be leery of entering Colorado with their favorite hunting rifle. Imagine the environmental damage when Colorado Wildlife Division loses its ability to manage all the elk and deer herds in the state...

instead of pushing back against the scumbags in Albany on New York's draconian gun control laws, they took big tax breaks and are doing a major expansion of their facility in Ilion NY instead of moving out of state like they should...

We need to boycott them. No exceptions. We need to make them, and every other gun-related manufacturer, understand the price to be paid for this type of behavior.
