They said they would...
I don’t see how Magpul has a choice. They were unequivical in their statements. This just serves to demonstrate that Democrats are driven by blind ideology.
I’m just wondering whether any law enforcement agency will have the b*lls to try to enforce it.
Do all the do-gooders feel better now? Buncha fairies.
So sad what this state has become. :(
POSTED yesterday.
Magpul preparing to leave Colorado

I live next door to Colorado. I have a CCW permit. Does this mean I can’t bring my carry weapon (9 mm Springfield XD, 16 rd mag) into the state any more? No way I’m visiting the crime-infested hellhole known as Denver without it.
Looks like my tourism dollars will be spent in Wyoming from now on. Not that the loss of my pitiful vacation budget will matter to anyone.
Really sticks in my craw that such a terrific state like Colorado, with its great, westerny history and heritage, has become such a faggoty, gun-grabbing, Obama-voting, hippie-dopehead state.
So...what are the laws regarding recall in CO? Any chance that the governor or some legislators could be recalled?
March on the Capital, burn it down.
Makes more sense than whining on the Internet, writing another angry email, showing up at hearings where your opinion is worth its weight in atmosphere, or spending millions of dollars trying to “work through the courts” for the next five years it would take to get this repealed...
Wow... Chickenpooper and the other dems have accomplished three goals:
1. Passed a law that doesn’t affect the crime rate one iota,
2. Passed a law that many local law enforcement officials won’t enforce, and
3. Passed a law that has chased a rooted, longtime business presence to another state, and almost immediately killed 400+ jobs, not to mention the ripple effect.
Well done, fools... what’ll you do for an encore?
Hey Hickenbloomberg - If any of these laws were in place in 2005, would they have prevented your (illegal alien) employee Raul Gomez-Garcia from murdering Detective Donnie Young?
Further proof that Colorado is now a deep shade of blue. Stick a fork in ‘em.
Lickenpooper needs to be arrested for blatantly violating the Constitution. Dragged into the street and whipped.
Support the NRA. They have a team of lawyers ready to challenge these laws. They are clearly unconstitutional. If you disagree with these laws, fight them. “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face...” — Mike Tyson.
This, from Magpul’s Facebook site:
With the signing of the HB 1224, we want to reassure Colorado residents, now officially in occupied territory, that the “Boulder Airlift” will continue until we can no longer legally ship to CO residents at the approach of the July 1 deadline, so long as demand continues.
We are looking at additional ways to give Coloradans the opportunity to buy the magazines they need prior to the enactment date, as although we’ve been swamped with tens of thousands of orders, our shipping department limitations have only allowed us to get a few hundred thousand magazines out to CO residents...a small portion of our monthly production. We’ll continue to support the Airlift as long as demand exists, and up to the active date of the legislation, and we’ve allocated a little over a million magazines for the effort up to that point, give or take.
Customers in the rest of the country should rest assured that the airlift only takes a small portion of our production, and magazines and other products are continuing to ship to the rest of the nation. Our transition to a new home will occur in a phased and orderly a manner to allow us to continue to serve our customers during the move, as well as to allow an orderly transition for affected employees. We are actively working on those plans.
The list of those who would gladly prevent the innocent from defending ourselves has grown, my FRiends:
