Obama the Assclown and John F. Kerry who served in Vietnam were soooo eager to be seen as coddlers of Islam, that they just threw aid to "rebels" in Syria....not investigating WHO was receiving the assistance very well, if at all.

NOW THESE REBELS ARE USING CHEMICAL WEAPONS? AND TEAM OBAMA IS DENYING IT?

The clown ought to be BOOED, and loudly, everywhere he goes in Israel. (Anyone see the pic Drudge has of the Clown's face being "x' d" out on, street signs in Israel? Media blackout on that....if it were Bush, that news would be ON EVERY NETWORK!)

They are not the arbiters of reality, which will hit them in the face relentlessly now because of this denial.

With this being 10 years in Iraq I will disagree with the premise here. We should be damn sure before getting involved in something that has no end game. I am all for being cautious. In Iraq we spent trillions in money and over 4000 deaths along with many wounded. No reason to rush.

It was up to the folks in DC what the “end game” would be. If you don’t go into a war to win, then you simply will not win.

But this is not what the thread is about at all. It is about the White House denying reports of chemical weapons being used in Syria. Mind you, this does evoke the “red line” speech out of the White House, but we’ve all heard the empty threats before out of them . . .

http://mobile.nytimes.com/2013/03/01/world/middleeast/us-pledges-60-million-to-syrian-opposition.xml

The assclown and John F Kerry who served in Vietnam, IN THE MIDST OF SEQUESTER, are giving $60,000,000 to the “rebels” who apparently are using chemical weapons.....this is ON TOP of $50,000,000 already promised.....according to the NY Slimes.

Iraq was the right thing to do. And MY point is we are ALREADY involved in Syria...the clown is funding the opposition, much like backing the “rebels” in Libya....and damn, that worked out well, didn’t it?

Just like Egypt....

My theory is that the clown is working to embolden anti-freedom forces everywhere in the mideast...especially ones that destabilize potential or real US allies.

Iraq was absolutely the wrong thing to do. It costs us money lives and we took our eye off Afghanastain leaving us there longer than we should. What did we gain out of Iraq? Was our nation at risk? As far as Syria I am not sure what we can do that we aren’t already. With the Russians still in country a no fly is not feasible. Short of assassination I do not see a path.

I would like to hear you justify Iraq. 3 trillion for 1 guy that was not knocking on our border?

If true then maybe my only point is not to rush into something we are not prepared for.

The U.S. has its hand prints all over the Syrian resistance and fighting. As soon as it can be determined IF a chem weapon was used by the Syrian gubmint, Odumbo will put us into another non-winable war.

This story reads like the Rebels used Chemical weapons. I thouth it was the Rebels who were claiming Assad was using the Chemical weapons.

It’s hard to tell the good guys from the bad in Syria without a program.

No, you see the rebels used chemical weapons on themselves to make us think Assad is a muslim and not the savior and protector of Christianity.

As everyone knows.

No, with Saddam repeatedly violating the no-fly zone and with his kicking out of the weapons inspectors no other choice could have been made.

All intel pointed to him having WMD. If a dictator flaunts WMD and makes the world community believe he has it he must be taken out.
