Got my first gun, a .22 lr, when I was seven. It was stored under my bed (no ammo) my whole childhood, and no one was ever hurt, threatened, or scared by it. My parents would be arrested today.
Wow, my Mossberg 22LR semi-auto rifle that my dad got me 60 odd years ago looked nothing like that piece. The last I remember seeing it, it was in the closet of my dorm room at WMU in Kalamazoo in the late 1950s. Most of the guys in the dorm had hunting rifles in those days. Nobody thought anything was wrong with that.
Time to flood the New Jersey CPS with calls on Liberal child abuse.
