Both of Pope Francis’ parents are from Turin, Italy which makes his heritage Italian/Roman.
So you could call him Francis the Italian, Peter the Italian, Francis the Roman, Peter the Roman (Petrus Romanus).
If you look at this in context of the Mahdi (Islamic Messiah) from the Shia Muzzie perspective you will find that this guy is supposed to make war against the Jews and the Christians when he shows up.
