Very interesting. Not sure who to trust less here, Pollutico or Associated Pravda.

Have you read Rand Paul's speeches and articles concerning his "Normalization" Plan?

Irrespective of whether Pollutico or the AP is correct, his plan is just another Amnesty plan.

He would "Normalize" (or remove their illegal status) the 30 million+ illegals in this nation without punishing them for what they have done wrong.

That's the definition of Amnesty in anyone's book, whether or not he grants them citizenship now, or in the future.

I too believe that Paul prefers a plan that will lead to amnesty. The context of the quote is in the competing news stories from outlets known to be unfriendly to Republicans in general.

Paul’s libertarian streak looks to be almost as large as his father’s. How large remains to be seen.
