Nope. Jeb doesn’t have the support unless something changes.And, I personally do not believe Hillary is going to run. All the skeletons she has in the closet will start rattling again,and she will have to answer a lot of questions that she doesn’t want to.

Hillary's depredations go all of the way back to when she was thrown off of the Watergate Committee for writing a truly mendacious and fraudulent brief on Nixon's right to an attorney.
She has never had to pay the price for being such a devious, lying and thoroughly repugnant character.
