You are correct maybe Schumers bill about safe gun storage that criminalizes teaching someone to shoot at a informal shooting range ,or loan a buddy a rifle during deer season as unlawful transfer of firearms.
Sounds like a problem at the big house, and certainly won't change truth on the ground.
Sad to see the rule of law go by the wayside, but there it is.
