....don’t think so...more like an accidental situation sadly.
It’s surprising it doesn’t happen more often with the amount of activity and handling we’ve had within the last 20 years or so. We may never know for sure what happened.....handling munitions in itself has it’s consequences if things aren’t followed correctly.....what becomes almost routine, can become fatal. We’ll have to wait and see what is released....
Yep, I never met a tool and die man with two fully intact hands. I pray for them and hope that this is just isolated, but I live by the Moscow Rules and will keep my eyes open.
