So why don’t you share what you think is exculpatory evidence. Make your case.
Oh, wait. That’s going to be hard to do with evidence like pictures of a near comatose girl and witness statements.
Evading her legal guardians' oversight, ignoring the advice of her peers, prior statements, unlawful intoxication, lack of a comprehensive recording of the events in lieu of her recollections...etc.
So far as I can tell, there is nothing that happened to this girl that isn't regularly solicited by other women every day, so the actual events, degrading as they may be, do not constitute a rape.
What would constitute rape, seems to be conspicuously absent without comprehensive recordings or admissions of guilt.
