From their worship web page

The experience in worship is a blend of traditional Methodist liturgy, free-church African American influence, Hispanic culture, social gospel, all stuck together with a jazz-fused gravy.

I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, but certainly has nothing to do with worshiping God.

With 160 people in church on any given Sunday they don't have much of a musician pool and have to take what they get, so I'm thinking that the worship team consists of grandma on the organ (Methodist liturgy), a black guy on bass (free-church AA), a Mexican on the bongos (sorry, "percussion"), 3 lesbians in the choir (social gospel), and an old hippy on electric guitar making a mess of it all (jazz-fused gravy).
