Pregnant Chinese women, in their last few weeks of pregnancy, fly into the Saipan airport bearing Guam-and-Marianas-only visa waivers provided by US law.

Once the babies have been born and have received their brand-new passports, everyone returns to China.

“Once the babies have been born and have received their brand-new passports, everyone returns to China. “

And in 18 short years, vote in our elections.

This is a perversion of the 14th amendment that NO RNC leader has ever taken steps to end!

“Every Person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”

Senator Jacob Howard,
co-author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, 1866.

“I feel like Chief Joseph.”

One of my favorite people ever. Have you ever been lucky enough to see the country where he lived? Breathtaking. Especially the mountains and ravines that his people had to cross in the dead of winter trying to escape Howard.

There is memory in the blood, skeeter. I wrote a book about it.
[snip] This is the story of ALL Americans, where you will learn what becomes of a group of ‘civilized’, educated, independent, Christian people who are not allowed to protect their own borders. It is our history and it is timeless.

This covers much of the history of the Cherokees from 1790 to the 1920’s. It is STUNNING the comparison I found between the tyrant Cheif John Ross and Barak Obama. Both MASTERS at class warfare.

Chinese babies are fine.

However, can we force China to accept a muslim baby in exchange?

Hawaii has been a popular destination for birth tourism from Japan and China for many years but the MSM have kept quiet about it.

I've seen a good part of the world, but have pretty much neglected much of my own country between the coasts. But I hope to see some of these places someday.

Thanks for the link. I've about finished up 'Almost a Miracle' and am looking for some new stuff.

Oh, yes, and some Cherokee (especially the lefties) consider him a god, that’s the way they twisted their history. But lately, the truth is coming out. :<)

Children of American citizens not born in the USA are American citizens born abroad, not foreign citizens, so why aren’t the children of foreigners born in the USA considered foreigner citizens born in the USA?

That’s a good question.

Here’s my general understanding.....

After the Civil War a number of Constitutional Amendments were passed to guarantee certain rights to newly freed slaves.

There was concern that former slave states might try to claim that Blacks were foreigners, not citizens.

Thus, one Amendment conferred citizenship on any former slave born in America.

The author of the Amendment actually stated that the Amendment did not apply to real “foreigners.”

However, the language of the Amendment and the author’s explanation are not completely clear.

In later years, several Supreme Court decisions would support the idea that being born on American soil automatically confers citizenship to every person, not just former slaves.

As far as I know, that is still the law of the land.

No one knows or cares about this. No one cared that since 1970, 90% of our immigration (legal and illegal) is from the 3rd world and is replacing the Europeans who engineered America and built it along with black people. When I was born America was 89% European 10% black and 1% other. Today in kindergartens the kids are 55% white and 45% the rest. So you can see how this projects into the future especially as far as voting Democrap.

No one in DC cares about some Chinese screwing with the 14th Amendment on the Marianna Islands. No conservative law group has ever brought a case that could eliminate birthright citizenship.......so millions of 3rd worlders have come here and scammed our system this way by dropping babies in Texas hospitals and never paying those bills. FUBARed all ways around
