The RNC elders do not like that their game is suddenly known to all and out in the open. It has been on full display for the last several years and it is this: destroy any conservative candidate for office and promote only our types. The examples are known to us all:

In 2004, we were told to support Specter, he’s a republican and we need that seat, they said. So Toomey lost the primary to Specter and the conservatives were told to rally around the republican candiate “for the good of the party.” Two years later, Rick Santorum was up for reelection. Long a thorn in the side of the powers that be, there was no talk of rallying to support Santorum “for the good of the party.” Six years later, Specter, up for reelection again is denied support by Jim DeMint and Specter immediatly becomes a democrat.

Lincoln Chafee, appointed to a senate seat by Moderate republican governor Jodi Rell, voted with the democrats on just about every issue and was glad the democrats took over the senate in 2006 and is now a democrat.

Charlie Crist, republican governor of Florida, lost a primary to Marco Rubio, now a democrat.

Dede Scozzafava, could not bring herself to support a conservative for congress so she supported the democrat.

Lisa Murkowski, lost her primary to Miller but did she rally around the republican for “the good of the party?” No, she ran as an idependent to save Alaska and the senate from a conservative.

Christine O’Donnell won the primary over Mike Castle fair and square, but did the party rally to her, no. She was derided, betrayed and destroyed.

In the 2012 presidential primaries, all stops were pulled to get their man, Mitt Romney, the nomination. And to that end, all rivals were to be bombarded, pummelled and destroyed, Bachmann, Cain, Perry, Gingrich, Santorum.

There are many more examples of the willfull undermining of conservatives by the establishment types. We must have a big tent, they say, but no conservatives must enter, and should they elbow their way in, they are to be ridiculed and marginalized, as Johnson, Paul, Rubio, Cruz, Lee, etc. are.

I don’t give a damn what the RNC thinks of our effort to elect “pure” conservatives. We’ve had enough of the game-playing schysters.

Oh no, they were maligned when they were running but now, suddenly, the RINO’s act like some of these guys are rising stars who the GOPe has been behind all along. I mean, they are kissing Rubio’s arse now but did everything to stop him when he was running against their man Charlie Crist.

Santorum was a true devotee to Specter, he not only supported him for president in his 1996 run to remove life from the party platform and in all of his elections, but he supported him against Toomey in 2004.

The thing that people DON'T know, is that Santorum was STILL fighting for Specter in the 2010 election, up until when Specter became a democrat. Santorum was a Romney fan in 2008.
