Priebus and the RNC are 8 years behind the RATS in building their voter databases and modeling and using them to identify online grassroots opinion leaders and influencers and driving turnout. 8 years behind! It’s shameful.

The candidates shouldn't have to re-invent the wheel every four years. The RNC should know who their voters are...and how to get them to the polls.
