“No” wins on every question but the “gun offender registry.”

That would be redundant. If someone commits a crime with a gun, he has what is called a “felony criminal record,” and no additional REGISTRATION is required. Database flags on those folks would give them all the information that they would need as to who and how many people committed crimes with guns.

2. Confiscation
