Not for a good long while yet.
Their delivery systems are still not very reliable.
Their suspected nuclear devices are still too large to be able to fit on the tip of a missile.
Their technology is still not sophisticated enough to detonate any EMP device over Kansas.
If they continue to develop their technology, these things will be possible, but not for at least a decade, IMO.
Please see History-WWII-Pearl Harbor. It is coming.
Perhaps.
Their delivery systems are still not very reliable.
Not yet. But even with a 1/3 reliability 3 launches = one successful orbital insertion.
Their suspected nuclear devices are still too large to be able to fit on the tip of a missile.
As far as we "know". We don't actually "know" that much about them. Are the low yield explosions indications of failed city buster nuclear bombs or successful tests of enhanced yield (neutron or EMP trigger) bombs?
Their technology is still not sophisticated enough to detonate any EMP device over Kansas.
They have the puzzle pieces.
If they continue to develop their technology, these things will be possible, but not for at least a decade, IMO.
Within a factor of two to how far way from any bomb the CIA said they were when they actually set one off.
