What would it take for whites to riot? And what would they destroy? Probably not their own neighborhoods and businesses. The rioters are NOT the owners of the property they are destroying. They don't care if stores get wrecked, as long as they get loot. And if a welfare residence gets burned out, the city will supply them with a new, fresh residence elsewhere, and new stuff.
