I want to be able to marry all of my adult sons and their children. There’s no requirement or proof of sexual contact inherent in the new state-recognized marriage, is there? I’m just hoping to take advantage of the ability to have a portion of my estate pass to my spouse(s) free from probate and taxes upon my eventual death. Marrying all my heirs would minimize government’s portion and influence. And I do love them all, if that’s the defining test.
If we have to tolerate homosexuality like it is normal, what’s to stop them from making us tolerate pedophilia, bestiality, polygamy.
