He said some good things and there was occasional applause but I would hardly call it, “Bringing down the house”.
Perhaps you are ‘projecting’ what you wanted to see and hear?
Wonderful, uplifting, and defiant as all get out. That’s our Allen West alright. A Reagan warrior if I ever did see one.
Never forget that Gov.Scott did not lift a finger to help West in the re-count fraud. Elements of the RINO elite who want nothing to do with a black conservative (similarly neither do the demonrat elite)-— these two groups meet at the country club and decide the rest for us peons.
Yesterday, Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll of FL (a black business woman retired Navy Lt.) resigned over her PR firm’s work for a group called Allied Veterans of America that was a front for a huge gambling operation (internet sweepstake clubs all over the state) that ripped off Veterans, and was busted by FBI Tuesday with 57 arrests including a major white attorney in Jacksonville who is said to have been running the operation. While the opposition made much of some minor history with Carroll... and she was right to resign rather than have a focus made on Scott... the dems are piling on her (as opposed to a “good” black liberal like Corrine Brown—a true huckster), and if Scott had helped West, he would have more defenders against the dems who are out for his blood (including claims he got 25K from this Allied Vets group in campaign money). So it goes- and the dems are relentless- esp. with pressure for obamacare, and medicaid pressure in the “retirement” state full of bums.
The threat of West is that he is articulate, black, and threatens the ruling class, dem and repub. Does not threaten conservatives of any color though. This is one weird country. Sick of elitists, as sure as West is.
Sounds like you're waiting for someone to deliver your freedom on a silver platter. If that's your sole reaction to Allen West's speech, then you missed the whole point of it.
He encouraged us all to stand up and get into action to restore our country. Together. It's the only way it's going to happen.
