Why, this seems to be incredibly easy to handle. Simply change French law to require companies in France (or ANY presence in France) to fork over the taxes that would have been collected from the fleeing executives and management.
And when that doesn’t work, they can raise taxes on corporations to equal personal income taxes and destroy whatever is left of the economy.
Huh, this report must mean the Euro is climbing against the dollar again. Time to bring everyone down to our level...
