Bipolar is a disability? Maybe in adults but kids naturally swing between mania and depression, they’re kids.

I must be disabled as I’m left handed, where be my osama phone?

Not that the bully wasn’t in the wrong.

A “disabled” 6th grader? Disabled for being bi-polar. She looks pretty big to be in the 6th grade. Probably gets a crazy check. Those are real big with Obama’s peeps.

In children the problem is usually rapid-cycles. Several very abrupt changes of mood in 10 minutes is not fun to witness. I assume it’s not fun to experience, either.

Apparently, disability means being dependent on something to be normal. So most poor people are disabled, because without their government “medication”, they would not survive.

Yeah, that doesn't excuse the bullying, but I had much the same thought.
