Several comments:
1) Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
2) Nan has not awakened to the Tenth Amendment, Enumerated Powers, and States Rights, despite her support here.
3) She’s balancing political constituencies, and thinks it’s a Dem win to support this.
4) She smells money. The ability to tax... she may not want to destroy, but she would wish to come close. She’d like to keep pot legal but pricey. Why not capture the drug criminals’ revenues for the government?
