“now doesn’t think it will help stop gun violence.”
It has nothing to do with stopping gun violence. It is just another step towards confiscation.
The legislation needs to be shot down.
Do not get overconfident or slack off. I remember when ObamaCare was dead because of massive public opposition. We cannot drop our guard with an anti-American tyrant in our White House.
AP always has some aversion to posting the bill number. It’s like they don’t really want us to influence legislation.
I’ve been contacting my state representatives early and often against HB1588. It’s the bill that gained notoriety for including a yearly police inspection clause, and less so for letting WSDOT writing a blank sheet gun licensing information form. Both of these clauses have been removed, so I guess we’re supposed to trust our leaders now.
Fortunately, all three of my state legislators are solidly behind killing this crap bill.
Good news there.
