NYC kids will get fat because of this ruling, Mika was having a fit over it this morning. (pretty funny to watch)

She says sugar sodas are poison and that some day the heads of soda companies will be hauled up in front on congress on TV in chains just like the heads of tobacco companies were over a decade ago.

Mika loves our kids, and Gabby.

Napoleon complex is an informal term describing an alleged type of psychological phenomenon which is said to exist in persons, usually men, of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subjects’ stature.

Sound familiar?

‘ey, Bloomie!

I got a novel idea rah cheer...

Why don’t you let the individual person determine what’s in their own best interest? Why do you have any reason or authority to tell someone how much soda they can drink?
Why do you think you know better, you eritist plick?

I have mixed feelings about this. For one, NYers keep voting these control freaks into office.

So I say, this is what you voted for.

On the other hand, if NYers really want to send a message to the Mayor, stopping buying sodas period.

The business response will be to pressure the Mayor to back off.

But I imagine NYers will just bend over and ask for another.

Quoth the Nanny on late night TV: “As long as you don’t ban Cheez-Its,” he said. “Cheese-Its are OK. That’s my addiction.”
So, Cheez-Its will be spared by Nanny! Huzzah!

Tyrants often ignore court rulings.

Bloomberg, you f****g nutbag Napoleonic midget piece of Nancy-State s**t, pillow-biting little fagbunny, may you rot in hell after a long and painful bout with pancreatic cancer.

Sounds to me like civil suits to pursue leg costs and court costs are in the near future. Do the taxpayers of New York want to fund these idiotic Don Quixote endeavors in these tight economic times? Whatever happened to freedom of choice?

No way Fester.
The stupids of N.Y. city allowed this pathetic baboso to illegally run for a third term and they elected his sorry ass.
They deserve what this pin head gives them

Got that? People are dying every day from sugary drinks, so Bloomberg bans them in servings larger than 16 oz., then adds that nothing can stop you from buying two if you’d like more. And if the restaurant you’re in can’t sell you that lethal large cola, you can buy one from the 7-Eleven next door. Oh, and Palin’s the idiot.
