If governor Hickenlooper signs these - and there’s no reason to believe he won’t - I for one will not comply, period. First, I won’t be selling any of my firearms. If I decide to give one or more to my children or my wife, the CO government and the ‘rats in power can go pound sand. If I want/need more magazines, I will get them. My local Sheriff has already stated he will not enforce any laws that infringe on our 2A rights.

IMO, the problem is not keeping or acquiring (for now) more banned items, the problem is using them. A thug breaks in, you drop him with a pistol that has a hi-cap magazine or one of the eeeevil black guns and you are an instant felon for possession of banned firearms.
