Addendum re Begich. He has an A rating with NRA, but has made a waffly statement concerning gun control that is cause for concern Bagitch is a liberal, but he isn't stupid.

You and I know that Begich will be the quickest Senator voted out if he votes for any gun control. Actually, it will be hard for him to win even if he doesn't. Now what he should do is get up on the band wagon against Obama, that would get him re-elected. I keep calling his office reminding them about photo radar.
What we need and what I believe will occur is just like in 94, the Dems will be booted over gun control in 2014. People are upset over gun related shortages; imagine if there's a ban on anything.
