Charlotte, NC --(Ammoland.com)- On Thursday, February 28, NRA-ILA, along with the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, held a rally to protest New Yorks recent attack on the Second Amendmentthe passage of the so-called S.A.F.E. Act. The rally drew more than 10,000 law abiding gun owners. According to the New York State Police, it was one of the largest rallies ever held at the State Capital.
NRA President David Keene was the featured speaker and told attendees that NRA is committed to helping repeal the S.A.F.E. Act, saying NRA would do whatever is necessaryincluding going to courtto defend the Second Amendment.
Rest assured NRA-ILA will continue to protect the Second Amendment and hold lawmakers accountable for stripping away our rights. Please visit www.NRA-ILA.org for the latest updates on the repeal of S.A.F.E. Act.
Someone needs to photoshop a drone in the background of that pic.
God bless each and every one of those patriots.
America the Beautiful.
10,000 people don’t count if they are mostly White, as far as the news is concerned anyway.
I’ve been hearing some bad news out of New Jersey and
New York. I hope it hasn’t started yet.
Go to 11:36 on the video. It’s a treat.
Great video. God bless everyone that came out.
“Ive been hearing some bad news out of New Jersey and

That requires some kind of explanation. “It” what?
This Coloradan was there in spirit.
If only they had the courage to attend with Modern Sporting Rifles fully loaded. Well maybe not in NY but just wait when they try this BS in AR, TX, AZ, TN, NC, GA, MT, ID, ND, SD, FL, AL, MS, LA, MO, NC, SC, UT, KS, OK, AK, NV, PA, VW. I’m not sure about the rest of the states, but that is enough to enforce the Enumerated Power Clause in the Constitution if necessary. Throw the criminal class out in 2014! Wake up America
Sorry. New York Veterans getting letters about bogus complains and wanting to search their houses. New Jersey residents getting robo-called with gun buy-back offers. Just hear-say at this point.
10000 armed protesters would have had a bigger impact.
msnbc had FORMER elected whatevers who said gun people all contact their elected officials but the don’t have an “influce factor”. (if one person calls and elected official it represents 10 actual voters)
