1/2 of the Norks will run toward the Chinese border and attack the Chinese as they try to flee. The other half will run home and try to protect their villages or surrender.
The Norks have the only ‘leader’ less qualified than the US. Although he was supposed to be a savant at Call of Duty, so he may be more qualified than Osama.
