Axtually the word was combat
which is pretty specific
although if anyone could redefine it for their own purposes it would be 0dumbo

Or what IS the target. They can blast a home (and anyone who happens to be in it) because there is a phone - making it a communication center.

I think Clinton used that one against the Serbians.
