Stanley Ann was a “red diaper baby” whose first husband was a Marxist and whose father had a huge FBI file most likely because he was a “fellow traveler” (drinking and hang-out buddy) of Frank Marshall Davis. Davis was a literal card carrying communist member of the CPUSA, a KGB directed entity.
SADO would be perfectly positioned as a commie sleeper agent in Indonesia able to keep track of and/or compromise the Indonesians, US officials and expats as a possible KGB asset herself.
IMO it is extremely unlikely that she was a CIA agent or asset.
Given her family background (former husband and father) and family associates (FMD), not to mention some of the antics that she and Lolo engaged in to try to gain US residence for him, the CIA wouldn’t have touched her, IMO (based on my own experience of having completed a security clearance application for the CIA and being given a secret clearance by the FTC).
