You have a point there. I smell a lot of sorry people profiting off of the public fear. They'll use gun owners money to ruin gun owners. Brilliant politics.
If this goes as I believe it will, people in red states will continue to be able to purchase guns and ammunition, and ones in blue states will be heavily restricted. When the “gun bubble” pops, you will have more supply feeding less demand and prices will be reasonable again.
This will likely take another 6-12 months to play out, and I’d recommend buying then in advance of future SHTF events farther down the line.
