You and your boss (along with a Quisling Republican House) cut the military by $487 Billion over ten years that starting two years ago in 2011, and then won't pass a budget so it has to operate under vastly reduced sums because of Continuting Resolution, and then you impose 50% of the Sequestration cuts on it despite the military being about 18% of the budget.
Even before Sequestration, the Army must cut 179,000 soldiers, 25,000 Marines, and 36,000 Airmen, and it's Operations and Maintenance budget is now going to be reduced by 30-40% because of Sequestration (cannot touch military pay or most procurement dollars this far into the fiscal year).
Wow.
