Honestly, they should have passed a CR every day, 24 hours at a time, forcing a budget vote. That's why they sent the TEAparty to Congress.

We simply have to deal with the fact that Obama is President, and Harry Reid is Senate Majority Leader. Makes a great cartoon, but it's hardly a way to govern:
